Epikourios Living

At Epikourios Living, each piece is chosen with intention.

Should your selection not feel perfectly aligned, you may request a return under the terms below.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Greek and European consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

No explanation is required.

Conditions of Return

To be eligible for return, items must:

Be unused and in impeccable condition
Be returned in their original packaging
Include all accompanying elements (caps, reeds, boxes, protective materials)
Be securely packed for safe transit

Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted.

Exceptions

Due to the nature of our collections, the following items cannot be returned:

Fragrance products (reed diffusers, oils) once opened
Candles that have been lit or used
Custom or special-order items

If a protective seal has been removed, the item is considered opened.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as Epikourios Living cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued within 14 days
The original method of payment will be used
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

We may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
